    How small should the PDF be?

    This limit is for the whole PDF, not each photo. SizeCap uses the same quality and scale on every page.

    Common limits

    Leave a little room if a portal counts kilobytes as 1,000 bytes. SizeCap counts 1 KB as 1,024 bytes and shows the raw byte count on the result.

    How photos become a PDF

    Add the photos in the order you want, choose one size for the whole PDF, and download the file. Work stays in this browser.

    1. Add photos

      Choose JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, or AVIF photos. Use the arrows to change the page order.

    2. Choose a PDF size

      Enter a limit in MB or KB for the whole file. A 2 MB visa upload is a common example; stay a little under the form’s maximum.

    3. Save the PDF

      Check that faces or stamps are still clear, then download the PDF and upload that copy.

    Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

    No. Your browser builds the PDF on this device. There is no account or payment wall.

    Is the limit for each photo or the whole PDF?

    The whole PDF. A 2 MB cap means the downloaded file should be at most 2 MB. Every page uses the same JPEG quality and scale.

    Can I keep PNG transparency?

    No. Pages are JPEG, so transparent areas become white.

    Does this open HEIC from iPhones?

    No. Export or share the photo as JPEG or PNG first, then add that file.

    I already have a PDF. What should I use?
